I am Kevin. I ran my own Electrical installation business for decades in North Lincolnshire. I'm apprentice trained and fully qualified. Now retired, I use my 37 years of experience to protect homeowners from inflated quotes. My service is carried out remotely so you don't need to arrange time off work to get my advice.

How it works

You upload a photo of your quote, the more detailed the better, itemised is great. Hide your address if you like, I just need your geographical area to compare costs.

I check the material costs and labour rates against trade standards.

I provide a written audit report. For quotes, I verify market rates. For EICRs, I validate technical code accuracy (C2 vs C3) and Regulation consistency.

I don't want the job. I don't visit your home. I just want to ensure you get a fair deal. I'm not affiliated with anyone or trying to work against any trades.
